Our philosophy

We value the importance of Early Childhood Education in our quality home environments. Our small mixed aged groups mean strong, respectful relationships become the foundations of a fun, play based programmes that are guided by Te Whāriki our Early Childhood curriculum.
We believe that tamariki are our taonga and the foundations for learning are built within our learning communities.
We recognise our role is to support Educators/Nannies and Whanau to work in partnership to enhance the learning of their tamariki and create a dynamic community of learners.
We celebrate the uniqueness of all our tamariki, parents/whanau and Educators/Nannies. We offer diversity within our homes and curriculum.
We acknowledge, recognise and celebrate Te Tiriti O Waitangi and all ethnic groups of Aotearoa and weave our tamariki’s cultural identity, heritage and language through our curriculum.
We are committed to supporting our Educators/Nannies to have the knowledge, skills and resources to provide a curriculum that empowers all tamariki to learn and grow.
We are passionate about keeping up to date with current theory and practice to ensure we are a support service that provides the best possible outcomes for our tamariki, parents/whanau and Educators/Nannies.
