Churton Park, Wellington
Chantelle is the proud Mum of four children (one preschool age and three at school). She has had many years experience working as a Home Educator and has worked as a Special Education Worker prior to the arrival of her youngest child.
Chantelle’s home provides a well resourced learning environment that caters to the children’s various interests and developmental needs. With a separate playroom that flows out to a fully fenced backyard, there is ample room for outdoor exploration and fun.
ACTIVITIES THEY PROVIDE:
Chantelle provides a home environment, rich with opportunities for children to learn through play. Reading stories, doing crafts and making music through to the more energetic activities of constructing challenge courses, trampolining, and the simple pleasure of playing games and exploring in the backyard. With Chantelle, the children also regularly attend playgroups, enjoy nature walks, picnics, and visits to the park as part of their daily routine.
Chantelle firmly believes children thrive in an environment where they are comfortable, feel safe and happy. For this reason she provides a warm, welcoming, ‘home away from home’ for the children in her care. She is passionate about providing children with opportunities to explore and gain a healthy interest in the outdoors.
