EXPERIENCE:
With over 20 years experience caring for children aged 0-5 years, Michelle is a bubbly, energetic and responsive Nanny catering well to the needs and interests of children.
Michelle is a strong communicator and ensures families feel confident in her level of care at all times. She is friendly, bubbly and proactive with children to ensure they are engaged, following their interests while providing a nurturing, caring and fun environment.
PHILOSOPHY:
Michelle says that she is a firm but fair Nanny that communicates well with children and adults to ensure everyone is on the same page. Michelle captures learning moments and provides a range of activities and outings.
SAFETY SCREENING:
Michelle has been fully safety screened including identity verification and police vetting. She has been face to face interviewed and referee checked. A full risk assessment has been completed.
AVAILABILITY:
Michelle is available from May 2024 and is looking for a full time role Monday through Friday.
MORE:
Michelle holds a level 4 ECE qualification, has a first aid certificate suitable to working with young children.
She has a full drivers license and her own vehicle. Michelle welcomes the opportunity to meet with prospective employers.
