Welcome to our family
Thinking about choosing home-based childcare with Home Grown Kids? We’d love to welcome your family to ours.
Trusting a person to care for your children is a big decision. That’s why our Educators and Nannies are the heart of our business.
All our Educators and Nannies are carefully selected based on experience, qualifications, prior learning, proven skills and personal attributes. We’re looking for passionate people who love working with children and their families.
CHOOSING THE BEST EDUCATOR OR NANNY FOR YOUR CHILD
We stand strong alongside our Educators and Nannies. We care about them and we’re committed to the work they do, supporting and communicating with them every step of the way. We understand that engaged, fulfilled carers make for happy families and even happier children who thrive.
While it’s a difficult decision choosing the right Educator or Nanny for your child, in the end we believe your choice probably comes down to something quite simple: A gut feeling about the connection your Educator or Nanny has with you, your family and your child.
That’s why we encourage all our families to spend time with potential Educators and Nannies, in their homes, before they make a decision. Find out more.
